Apple & Bee Wedding Fayre 'Show Only' Special Offer Terms & Conditions

• If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order once you have paid your deposit, we will happily give you full refund if you let us know within 28 days of paying your deposit.
• Your deposit becomes non-refundable after 28 days.
• The balance payment will be due 3 months prior to your wedding date, and you will receive an invoice with a payment link to make the balance payment within 28 days of paying your deposit.
• Once we receive your balance payment, you will be emailed a unique voucher code which can only be redeemed on our website by you for 100% of the value of one of our 'Order of the Day' or 'Welcome to our Wedding' signs.
• It is the customers responsibility to place your final order via our website using the voucher code provided. 
• Once you have paid your balance payment, if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after we have produced any 'proofs' (3D or Black and white) of your personalised design once your have have, then we will happily refund 25% of your order total. 
• Once you have paid your balance payment, if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after manufacturing has begun, then unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refund. 
• The price you pay for your wedding show special offer is indicative of prices at the time you place your order at the wedding fayre or show. As long as we receive all the details we need to draft and make your sign within 12 months of your paying your deposit, we promise we will not charge any additional fees should the cost of your chosen design go up between now and then. Please note that the voucher code we will send is only valid for 12 months.
• After 12 months of paying your deposit, we reserve the right to increase the cost of your balance payment (in line with other price increases on our website) should our prices have increased.
• If your voucher code is close to expiring (or has already expired), and you’re still not in a position to place your final order, then drop us a line by email and we will send you a new code to use.
• We reserve the right to withdraw your voucher code until any additional fees have been paid. 
• Depending on your requirements, there may be further charges for services such as custom colours and bespoke design work, but we will always let you know of these in advance and before we start work on your design. 
• Any additional fees are required to be paid before manufacture begins.
